has extensive training in French cuisine, and he has used ingredients commonly used in the Soutwest to make
French-style dishes. If you have a weird sense of humor or a sense of adventure, this book will be fun. There are
a few recipes which include some of the species in this book, such as juniper berries, lambs quarters, nopales,
sorrel, verdolagas, yucca root, tunas, and pine nuts.
